Product Submission
Thank you for your inquiry regarding your idea as a potential addition to our product line. Many companies have a strict policy whereby they never accept an idea from outside the company. You probably have already encountered this or soon will with regard to your idea. We, on the other hand, are always looking for fresh products to introduce to the golf and sporting goods market.

Please bear in mind that while we do accept ideas, there are no promises or guarantees of any kind given with our acceptance. Usually a 'new' idea is a recycled version of an existing idea or perhaps it may be an idea which we have already considered independently of your suggestion. For this reason, I am sure you can understand why we do not make any promises or guarantees regarding your idea.

We are always developing new products, and we may be working on an idea similar to yours at this time. If we have already considered a similar idea, or if we are not interested in your idea, we will decline your proposal and do our best to notify you. If we like your idea, we will contact you to discuss the possibility of obtaining a license from you.

If this arrangement is acceptable to you, please submit any product samples, plans, drawings, etc. to us at no charge, and we will be happy to evaluate them to determine if this is a product we can market. Any submission will be at your risk, and will be returned only if return postage or freight is prepaid. We accept no responsibility for casualty or loss to samples or other submitted material in our possession. We accept no responsibility for holding any submitted information in confidence. Please note that no product evaluation will be made without patent information and samples or prototype. No email submissions are accepted.

As we have many inquiries of this nature we do not send out catalogs and all communications must be put in writing, to my attention; and will not be discussed on the phone. When submitting a finished product for review, please keep the following in mind:
- quote mass production: bulk and packaged
- state willingness to work on a royalty basis and exclusivity
- is the item patented
- does it have gift appeal
